Natalie the practitioner of SACRED SOUL is a qualified Counsellor and Youth Worker who is also near completion of a Bachelors of Social Science degree. Natalie combines traditional counselling methods and life coaching techniques with that of spiritual practices in order to gain a greater understanding of her clients.

Natalie has found that this type of practice allows her greater insight into ones challenges, hopes, strengths and dreams which in turn supports better practice and greater results. By using a mix of therapies in line with CBT, and narrative techniques as well as spiritual based practices such as past life regression, intuition, the five clairsenses (clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, clairaliance, clairgustance) and channeling Natalie can aid in facilitating clients with a greater insight into the path toward their greatest life.

Life coach: Life coach by definition means a person that uses their education and skills to aid their client in reaching their full potential through goal setting and the use of therapies and exercises that assist the client to heal and overcome potential roadblocks to this goal.

Counsellor:  A counselor is a professional that is trained to give guidance and counsel to aid the client in healing blocks, recover from trauma, adverse mental health or psychological issues.

Youth Worker:  Youth workers guide and support young people in their personal, social and educational development to help them reach their full potential in society.

CBT: Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that helps the person to change unhelpful or unhealthy habits of thinking, feeling and behaving. CBT involves the use of practical self-help strategies, which are

designed to affect positive and immediate changes in the person’s quality of life. CBT can be as effective as medication to treat depression and anxiety.

Narrative techniques:  Narrative therapy is a method of therapy that separates the person from the problem and encourages people to rely on their own skill sets to minimize the problems that exist in their everyday lives.

Past Life Regression:  Past life regression therapy is the act of guided meditation that ables the client to review deep sub conscious past life memories. This form of therapy is used to break cycles, release blocks and gain personal understanding into our life purpose and soul lessons.
