Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment is received. Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products are made from paper and easily damaged once opened, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
This means we cannot accept returns for:

How Returns Work (If Eligible)
If your return is approved (faulty/damaged/incorrect items only):

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or replacement.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may need additional time to finalise the refund.
