We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost, Missing or Delayed Parcels

Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
This is because our products are paper-based and easily damaged once opened.
